ENOLIEXPO es una feria de capacitación e información, durante la cual se llevará a cabo la capacitación profesional más adecuada y los cursos de actualización donde el operador de vinos y aceites puede encontrar respuestas efectivas a sus preguntas, ya sean relacionadas con el procesamiento del viñedo o de los olivares, ya sean dirigidos a la transformación en la bodega o en el molino, finalmente se dirigen a los aspectos reguladores o una mejor colocación del producto.ENOLIEXPO is a training and information fair, during which the most appropriate professional training and refresher courses will be held where the wine and oil operator can find effective answers to their questions, be they related to the processing of the vineyard or the ‘olive groves, whether they are directed to the transformation in the cellar or in the mill, are finally targeted to the regulatory aspects or better placement of the product.

Bari is preparing to host – from 21st to 23rd February 2019 – the new and bigger edition of EnoliExpo, a fair of machinery, equipment, products and services for wine-growing and olive-growing, which is presented at the starting point with the participation of all the main brands operating in these two strategic sectors for Italian agro-food, among which Elaisian could not be missing.
